On July 22, 2006, we held the first (and only) Bards in the Shell in Waterloo Park. A little rain didn’t stop us, and everyone had a great time. You can check out recordings of the event here.

Update!

On February 14, 2008, we submitted a proposal to the Ontario Arts Council to take part in the Celebrate our Artists pilot project, scheduled for June 6-8, 2008. With a little luck, we’ll get provincial funding to promote and organize a weekend-long, non-competitive Battle of the Bards in the heart of Waterloo, tentatively known as Uptown Bards. We’ll keep you posted!
